Instructions:

For the ratatouille, form minced meat into small dumplings. Chop bell bell pepper, eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes, onion and garlic cloves. Place all ingredients in an unperforated cooking container and season with salt, pepper, Tabasco and frozen herbs.

Stir in tomato ketchup and tomato paste and cook (at 100°C for 16 minutes).

Finally, season the ratatouille with salt, pepper and Tabasco.

As a side dish, we recommend grainy rice, which you can cook at the same time as the dish. See table in the appendix for cooking time.
