For the quesadillas, sauté onion in oil until translucent, let cool, mix with cheese and season. Brush tortillas with melted butter.
Spread cheese on 4 tortillas, cover with remaining ones. Bake in a griddle (or in a skillet on both sides) for 4 minutes.
Sprinkle with the herbs.
