For the scalloped nachos, spread the nachos on a plate. Place sour cream in a bowl and mix with herbs, garlic and spices to make a dip.
Put some dip on the nachos and sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle some pepper and herbs on top of the nachos.
Bake in the oven (about 5 minutes) or microwave (about 2 minutes) and serve the baked nachos with the sour cream dip.
