For the curd cream, heat the milk. Stir in sugar and vanilla sugar. Stir yolks into the hot milk with a whisk.
Stir soaked gelatin and curd into the hot egg milk.
When the mixture has cooled, fold in whipped cream and immediately use the curd cream as filling.
