Instructions:

Remove the skin from the fish fillet and cut into small pieces. Clean the celery, rinse and cut into small pieces. Separate oranges thickly from the peel, so that ditto the skin is removed. Cut the flesh into fillets. Separate apple from skin, pierce core, chop into wedges. Clean, rinse and chop the bell pepper into small cubes (1*1 cm). Rinse and shred the lettuce. Mix the ingredients for the marinade. Chop parsley and add. Mix salad ingredients, pour marinade over it and let it marinate for about 20 minutes.

Serve with farmhouse bread
